When I campaign, I don't play the endorsement game. What this means - I don't go around trying to gain other politicians' favor and dividing our party. I will take endorsements if they're freely given, but I don't focus on it.
I have always campaigned, and will continue to campaign, in a way that shows my servant leadership. It is not about electing me; it is about electing the best representative for WE THE PEOPLE. I frequently tell those new to campaigning to use a campaign to showcase servant leadership. Yes, inform the public you're running, but also solve a problem. Serve your future constituents now in a way that you can't when your time is spent serving in that office. And that's what you'll get from me.
